How To Place An Order
Search or Browse the artist you want to purchase and album from. This can be done by typing the band name into the search window and hitting the return button, or clicking on the Artists under Categories on the left side of the website. This will then provide a list of available artists and by clicking the Artist name from the list you will be able to select the album you wish to purchase.
Once you find the album you want to purchase select the "add to cart" Button located to the right of the album artwork of the album you wish to purchase. This will place the item into your shopping cart and you can continue shopping by selecting the "Continue Shipping" button on the shopping cart page.
After selecting all the items you would like to purchase select the "Proceed to Checkout" button which will then prompt you to log in or register. Registering allows you to login and view your account and update billing and shipping information. Once you have registered you will land on the check out page where you can enter in your billing information and process your transaction. KUFALA currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Discover, Switch/Maestro.
Once your order is placed you will be emailed a confirmation email that contains your order number and an overview of your order.

How To Track an Order
Once you place an order an email will be sent to the email address provided in your order information. Once your order is shipped a "shipment confirmation" email will be sent which includes tracking information for your package. We currently ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority depending on the weight of your package, which typically arrives 3-5 days for orders with US addresses and 4-10 days on International addresses, from the time of shipment. Please note that international shipping tracking only indicates when the package hits the customs agency in the destination country. The search box is located at upper-mid right hand corner of the website just underneath the navigation bar. You can type in the desired artist or you can browse our catalog of artists and releases by clicking on the Artist button which is located on the left hand side of the site.

Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from kufala.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from kufala.com. We do not accept returns of:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
We do stand behind our products with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for some reason your product is defective, we ship the wrong product or you are not happy with your order please feel free to return it to us. Please see Return Policy in the FAQ for more info.

KUFALA Recordings has partnered with several digital download stores and partners. By selecting "Buy Downloads" on the album page you will be offered up a listing of download stores offering that particular title. We have relationships with all the popular downloads services and some you may not have heard of. They are all trusted and authorized partners of KUFALA Recordings. Please note some territory restrictions may apply to certain albums due to the rights we have received from the artist or their label. We believe the internet is global and people all over the world should be able to purchase and download music legally and we do our best in obtaining these rights from the artists and label partners we work with.<.p>
