Live from the Experience Music Project, Carrie Akre's record release party for "Invitation" was sensational. She started off with a couple new tunes and it was obvious why the place was packed, she rocked the crowd. The evening was accentuated by the guest appearance of Hammerbox band-mate Harris Thurmond, at which point Carrie belted out two Hammerbox classics “Under The Moon” and “When 3is2”. This performance captures why Carrie is one of Seattle’s finest singer songwriter.
